The short version. GiFit is a fitness app built by Streamlined Processes LLC. We respect your privacy. We do not sell your data. We do not run third-party analytics or advertising trackers in the app. Your workout data lives on your device. Your subscription is handled by Apple. That's the gist - the rest of this page is the formal detail.

1. Who We Are

GiFit ("GiFit" - "the app" - "we" - "us" - or "our") is a mobile application owned and operated by Streamlined Processes LLC - an Oklahoma limited liability company. This Privacy Policy explains what information GiFit collects - how we use it - and the choices you have.

When you onboard - GiFit asks for information used to personalize your training and nutrition plan. This includes:

If you subscribe to GiFit Pro - Apple handles the entire transaction through your App Store account. GiFit never receives your credit card or payment details. We use RevenueCat to verify your subscription status with Apple and unlock Pro features. RevenueCat receives an anonymous user identifier and the transaction status from Apple. RevenueCat is a subscription infrastructure provider - not an advertising or marketing platform.

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

The personal information you enter during onboarding - your workout history - your custom workouts - your streaks - and your preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard secure storage (AsyncStorage / SecureStore). This data is not transmitted to our servers.

GiFit uses a small number of carefully chosen third parties - each for a specific functional purpose:

6. Children's Privacy

GiFit is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with information - please contact us at support@gifit.io and we will take steps to remove it.

7. Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

California residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident - the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you specific rights regarding your personal information - including the right to know what personal information we collect - the right to request deletion - and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell your personal information. To exercise any CCPA right - email support@gifit.io.

European users (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area - the United Kingdom - or Switzerland - you have the right to access - correct - delete - or restrict use of your personal information. Email support@gifit.io to exercise these rights. Our legal basis for processing your information is performance of the service you requested when you signed up.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information. Your local data is stored using Apple's secure storage APIs. All network connections from the app use HTTPS encryption. No system is perfectly secure - but we take reasonable steps to keep your information protected.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do - we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. If we make material changes - we will provide more prominent notice through the app or by email if you have contacted us. Your continued use of GiFit after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
